Welcome to kaki21. This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and kaki21 ("Platform", "us"). • You are registering as a private individual and not on behalf of any company, organisation, or third party.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or any software to conceal your true location for the purpose of bypassing geographical restrictions.

• You have never had a kaki21 account closed or suspended previously due to a terms violation.
• You are registering voluntarily and understand that betting activities carry financial risk.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at kaki21. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any credit balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. kaki21 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. You are required to notify kaki21's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for added protection.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Transferring or selling your kaki21 account to another party is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
• Using another person's account, even with the owner's consent, is strictly prohibited.

Kaki21 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All financial transactions on the kaki21 platform are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your payment data at all times.

Deposit: Deposited funds will be credited to your account within the designated timeframe depending on your chosen payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set for each payment method and may vary. All deposits must be made from an account or wallet registered in your own name.

Withdrawal: All withdrawal requests are subject to a completed identity verification (KYC) process. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your ID, proof of address, and bank statement. Kaki21 offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and festive promotions. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated in each offer's terms.

Wagering requirement refers to the total amount you must wager before bonus winnings can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if the wagering requirement is 30x on a RM50 bonus, you must place bets totalling RM1,500 before those funds are eligible for withdrawal.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer unless otherwise stated.
• The validity period for each bonus will be stated in the relevant offer terms — do not let it expire.
• Bonus usage across multiple linked accounts will result in all bonuses being voided.
• kaki21 reserves the right to void bonuses if there is any indication of bonus abuse or fraud.
• All wagering requirements and maximum betting limits for bonus funds are clearly stated in the offer terms.

All games available on the kaki21 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been tested and certified by recognised independent audit bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and free from any manipulation.

All game results on kaki21 are final. In the event of a technical disruption affecting game outcomes — such as an internet disconnection at a critical moment — kaki21 will settle bets based on the information available in our system at the time of the disruption. kaki21's system decision is final in all disputes relating to game outcomes.

Kaki21 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension or permanent closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools that facilitate automatic play without human intervention.
• Committing identity fraud, using forged documents, or providing false personal information during registration or KYC.
• Owning or operating more than one kaki21 account simultaneously.
• Colluding with other players to unfairly exploit game mechanics or bonus systems.
• Using the kaki21 platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with kaki21's technical infrastructure in any way.
• Distributing obscene, harmful, or illegal content through any kaki21 communication channel.

Kaki21 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, even if kaki21 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. kaki21's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Kaki21 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform users of significant changes via in-platform notices or registered email.
